HiSPARC cluster Leiden
HiSPARC stations (3001 - 3999) in and around Leiden are geographically grouped in 'subclusters'. In addition to the cluster core, which is formed by stations in Leiden, there are multiple detection stations concentrated in and around Zwijndrecht, Middelharnis, Alphen aan de Rijn and Terneuzen.

Prof. Dr. Jan-Willem van Holten (left picture) of Nikhef and Universiteit Leiden and Dr. Henk Buisman (right picture), high school teacher and employee of the University of Leiden, are in charge of the coordination and operations of HiSPARC stations in and around Leiden.
