28-03-2012: HiSPARC on GitHub

Since last month we have been moving all the HiSPARC source code to GitHub. This move is almost completed, only some parts still need to be added.

This transition means that it will be easier for other people to access the code! Moreover, it makes our lives easier by providing some very nice features like Issue tracking and a good interface.
